User Enrollment

The admin registers new users through a secure web portal or mobile application. During this process, the admin inputs essential user information such as name, ID, role, and contact details. The system then captures the user's facial data using a high-resolution camera. This image is processed using facial recognition algorithms to generate a unique facial feature vector, which is securely encoded and stored. The raw image is discarded to protect user privacy.

Authentication Flow

When a registered user approaches a secured entry point, the system initiates a multi-step biometric verification process using both facial recognition and fingerprint scanning. This ensures high security and seamless access. Proximity sensors or motion detectors recognize movement near the door. This triggers the facial recognition camera and the fingerprint scanner to power on and enter active scanning mode. LED indicators and a user-friendly display may provide visual feedback, indicating that the system is ready for authentication.

Data Logging & Alerts

Every time a user attempts to access the building—whether the attempt is successful or not—the system records the event in a secure access log. This log helps administrators track entry activity, monitor potential security breaches, and perform audits.
